Content is the fuel behind every ad, every affiliate post, and every brand moment at CommerceLabs. As our Content Operations Manager, you'll run the production engine that turns creator talent and raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-converting assets for TikTok and Meta.

What You'll Do
• Recruit, brief, and coach UGC creators to produce content that performs — not just content that looks good
• Manage a team of video editors and keep the production pipeline moving at speed through ClickUp
• Own the end-to-end workflow: scripting, recording, editing, QA, and delivery — nothing ships without your sign-off
• Work hand-in-hand with our Media Buyer to align creative output with what's actually winning in paid channels
• Spot what's working across affiliates and replicate winning formats at scale

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in content operations, UGC production workflows, or influencer project coordination—ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment
• Direct experience managing non-affiliate UGC creators: briefing, coaching, and quality control of video deliverables
• Comfortable managing small teams (e.g., video editors) and coordinating timelines across multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in project management tools (ClickUp preferred) and organized enough to track content through every production stage
• Strong eye for short-form video quality—knows what works on TikTok and Meta from a creative and performance standpoint
• Uses AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT) purposefully and fluently into daily workflows for faster scripting, QA, and content delivery
• Creative and analytical thinker—comfortable using performance feedback to iterate and improve
• Able to work independently and cross-functionally with marketing, media buying, and creative teams
• Passionate about the creator economy, UGC trends, and performance-driven content on TikTok and Meta
