CommerceLabs manages a growing portfolio of ecommerce brands across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify — and this role sits at the intersection of all of them. As our Digital Marketing Senior Manager, you'll own the execution engine that drives reviews, affiliate revenue, email/SMS retention, and DTC growth.
What You'll Do
• Own the full review acquisition lifecycle — launch programs, monitor sentiment, and accelerate social proof for new and underperforming SKUs
• Run and optimize our Amazon affiliate partnerships (Creator Connections, Levanta, Wayward) to drive diversified, high-ROI traffic
• Keep our Shopify storefronts sharp — product listings, landing pages, promotions, and merchandising all run through you
• Build and iterate on Klaviyo email/SMS flows that drive retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value
• Pull cross-channel performance data together and turn it into clear, actionable insights for the broader team

Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce operations, or execution-focused growth roles
• Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, affiliate platforms (Creator Connections, Levanta), and review acquisition programs
• Proficiency in Klaviyo (email/SMS campaign building, segmentation, automation flows)
• Working knowledge of Shopify (product updates, landing pages, basic site edits)
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop ecosystem and external traffic impact
• Working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo fundamentals
• Highly analytical with ability to translate data into clear action plans
• Strong project management discipline with structured execution mindset
• Experience managing small teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Claude Code (required) and ability to apply AI to operational workflows
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced ecommerce environments with high accountability
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
