Graphic UX/UI Designer Associate
About the Role
Why This Role Matters
At CommerceLabs, creative isn't decoration — it's the single biggest lever in paid acquisition. As our Graphic UX/UI Designer, you'll design the ads that stop thumbs, test hypotheses, and drive real revenue across Meta and TikTok.
What You'll Do
• Design performance creatives — static, motion, and AI-assisted — built to convert, not just look pretty
• Work from defined testing hypotheses: every design you ship is tied to a performance goal
• Use AI tools like Midjourney and Nano Banana to generate, iterate, and scale visual content at speed
• Research competitor creatives and surface winning patterns, formats, and angles for the team
• Manage a clean asset library and keep delivery timelines tight alongside media buyers and content ops
Why You'll Love It
• Your designs will run as live ads with real performance data — you'll see exactly what works and why
• Blend traditional design craft with cutting-edge AI tools in a way most design roles don't offer
• Collaborate closely with media buyers and content strategists, not sit in a silo
• Fully remote role on a fast-moving team that values creative experimentation and data-driven iteration
Requirements
Must-Have
• 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in paid social or performance marketing
• Strong portfolio showing ad creatives for Meta and/or TikTok
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar)
• Strong visual instincts for direct-response design (hooks, CTAs, layout, color)
• Ability to iterate quickly, manage multiple briefs, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with performance data to inform creative decisions

Apply for This RoleOur Core Values
These aren't just words on a wall. They're how we hire, how we work, and how we hold each other accountable.
Extreme Ownership
We take initiative to bring about positive results. We do whatever it takes to follow through on our commitments. We always seek responsibility instead of avoiding it. We go beyond our areas of influence to drive what's best for business and our colleagues. We always leave things better than we found them.
Use Good Judgement
We make wise decisions despite ambiguity. We identify root causes, and get beyond treating symptoms. We think strategically, and can articulate what we are, and are not trying to do. We are good at using data to inform intuition. We make decisions for the benefit of the long-term, and not the short-term.
Be 1% Better Everyday
We welcome constructive feedback. We don't accept the status-quo. We let go of perfectionism and take an attitude of iterative, adaptive change. We create new ideas that prove useful. We look for solutions as we find mistakes.
Communicate with Impact
We are concise and articulate in speech and writing. We listen well and seek to understand before reacting. We adapt our communication styles to work well with people from around the world who may not share our native language. We are not afraid to share candid, helpful, and timely feedback.
Deliver Results Over Effort
We prioritize effectiveness over efficiency. We get the right things done, and do it well. We inspire others with our thirst for excellence. We re-evaluate and find new ways to deliver on what is expected when things aren't going as planned.
Exercise Respect and Empathy
We treat people with respect regardless of their status or disagreements with us. We only say things about our colleagues that we are able to say to them directly. We make time to help our peers and customers, and are equally respectful of their time. We recognize that we all have biases, and work to grow past them.
Turn Obstacles Into Opportunity
We remain calm under high stress environments. We know that all great progress is precipitated by great hardship. We focus on what we can control. We don't give up.
Embrace Diverse Ideas and People
We welcome different cultural backgrounds and points of view. We are open minded and constantly in search of great ideas. We always find ways to connect with people of different backgrounds. We understand the strength of having diverse people and opinions around us.
Earn Trust
We say what we do, and do what we say. We demonstrate consistently strong performance so that our colleagues and customers can rely on us. We acknowledge mistakes and learn from failure. We think before committing.
