As Head of Creator Growth, you own the single most important lever in our business:
the depth, loyalty, and productivity of our creator network.

This is not a campaign role.
This is not a coordination role.

This is a relationship-driven, culture-building, revenue-owning role.

What You’ll Do

Own the Affiliate Program (End-to-End)

  • Design and evolve the full affiliate structure — tiers, commissions, incentives, and economics

  • Build a clear creator progression: affiliate → active → priority → retained

  • Own program ROI and performance alongside the VP of Omnichannel

  • Launch incentives, challenges, and bonus systems that drive consistent posting and GMV

  • Ensure our program recruits better and retains longer than competitors

Build & Own Creator Relationships

  • Manage deep 1:1 relationships with top-performing and high-potential creators

  • Own a personal portfolio of high-value creators — retention is non-negotiable

  • Build a strong pipeline of emerging creators before demand hits

  • Identify and upgrade creators into higher tiers (affiliate → retainer)

  • Actively manage churn risk and intervene before it happens

Drive In-Person Creator Engagement

  • Be present in key US creator markets

  • Build trust through face-to-face relationships, not just DMs

  • Attend creator events, meetups, and community spaces

  • Represent the brand in a way creators are proud to be part of

Build Creator Culture & Community

  • Partner with Community Manager to make Discord a real culture hub

  • Build creator loyalty beyond commissions — drive real brand affinity

  • Create a system where top creators bring in other creators organically

  • Ensure creators consistently prioritize our brand over others

Lead the Creator Growth Team

  • Manage and develop: Community Manager + Live Manager

  • Set weekly priorities, KPIs, and accountability systems

  • Ensure affiliate pipeline, community engagement, and LIVE performance are aligned

  • Build a team that reflects a creator-first mindset

Coach Creators to Perform

  • Provide real feedback that improves content and conversion

  • Identify patterns in creator performance and share insights with Content Ops

  • Spot breakout creators early and scale them

  • Build creator confidence — better creators = more GMV

Requirements

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5+ years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or affiliate program leadership

  • Proven track record of driving revenue through creators (GMV ownership)

  • Deep, native understanding of TikTok creator culture

  • Experience building real, in-person creator relationships at scale

  • Experience designing affiliate programs (tiers, commissions, incentives)

  • Strong team leadership experience

  • US or Canada-based (required for in-person engagement)

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced ecommerce environment

  • Excellent communication — clear, direct, and creator-aligned

Strong Preference

  • Background in health, wellness, or beauty

  • Experience with TikTok Shop & creator monetization

  • Existing network of creators in relevant verticals

  • Experience building or managing Discord communities

  • Exposure to paid media / performance marketing ecosystems
