Paid acquisition is where CommerceLabs brands go from promising to dominant. As our Media Buyer / UA Manager, you'll own the campaigns on Meta and TikTok that drive customer acquisition, test creative hypotheses, and scale what works.
What You'll Do
• Launch and manage acquisition campaigns across Meta and TikTok with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
• Define creative briefs and run systematic tests — hooks, formats, angles, messaging — to find what converts
• Own the numbers: spend, conversions, revenue, and ROAS reporting, with clear insights shared across the team
• Control daily and monthly budgets, make scaling decisions based on data, and keep efficiency tight as you grow

Requirements
Must-Have
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer on Meta and/or TikTok
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, and optimization levers
• Experience running creative tests and translating results into actionable briefs
• Comfortable managing budgets and making scaling decisions based on data
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (Excel, dashboards)
• Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate with creative and marketing teams
• Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands is a strong plus
