What You'll Do
• Lead Claude Code-based development projects that directly accelerate how our teams operate — from marketing automation to internal reporting
• Be the quality gatekeeper: review, refine, and deploy AI-generated code that meets production-grade standards
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to turn real business problems into elegant technical solutions
• Build and maintain the infrastructure, documentation, and best practices that make our AI-assisted development scalable

Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools or automation platforms is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, and system design.
• Experience reviewing, refactoring, and optimizing generated or legacy code.
• Proficiency in backend and frontend development technologies.
Backend Development & APIs
• RESTful APIs
• Authentication tools: OAuth, JWT
• Web servers: Nginx, Apache
Database Management
• SQL-based: MySQL
Cloud Platforms & Hosting
• Experience with automation tools and integrations (e.g., APIs, webhooks, workflow automation platforms).
• Familiarity with Amazon, TikTok, Shopify and internal reporting systems is a plus.
Soft Skills & Work Approach
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and ensure production-level quality.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong documentation practices.
• Comfortable working independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and proactive in learning emerging AI and automation technologies.
