Why This Role Matters
LIVE commerce is one of the fastest-growing channels in ecommerce — and CommerceLabs is building it from the ground up. As our Live Manager, you'll own everything: the sellers, the sessions, the offers, and the revenue. This is a builder's role.

What You'll Do
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a roster of LIVE commerce sellers on TikTok — and build a bench so you're never caught short
• Own the weekly LIVE session calendar, optimizing for peak traffic windows and maximum GMV
• Run the in-session promotional strategy — Flash Deals, coupons, bundles — and test what drives the highest conversion
• Track performance obsessively: GMV, conversion rate, AOV, viewer engagement, and seller-level metrics, session by session
• Collaborate with the affiliate and content teams to create feedback loops that make every channel stronger

Requirements

Must-Have
• 2–4 years of experience managing TikTok LIVE commerce — you have directly owned LIVE seller management and session performance, not just supported it
• Proven GMV track record from LIVE commerce — you can point to sessions and seller rosters you built and the revenue they generated
• Deep understanding of what drives TikTok LIVE conversion: pacing, offer stacking, audience engagement, product sequencing, and real-time seller coaching
• Experience using TikTok Shop promotional tools (Flash Deals, coupons, bundles) to drive in-session revenue
• Comfortable managing seller relationships — including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and replacing underperformers
• Strong organizational skills — you can manage a multi-seller weekly calendar, session logistics, and promotional planning without dropping threads
• Data-literate — you track session performance, identify patterns, and use data to make decisions about sellers, products, and offers
• Clear communicator — you can brief sellers, align with cross-functional teammates, and report performance clearly to leadership

Nice-to-Have
• Experience working with affiliate programs and external creator talent — you know how to manage different types of sellers with different incentive structures
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop promotions, coupon mechanics, and platform deal tools — you know how to stack incentives to maximize in-session conversion
• Experience building session playbooks or LIVE SOPs — you have systemized LIVE content before, not just run it ad hoc
• Analytical mindset — you are comfortable pulling session data, identifying patterns, and turning observations into structured tests
