CommerceLabs is a $45M+ e-commerce company in the health and wellness supplements space, scaling fast across Amazon and TikTok Shop. We're a team of ~45 people distributed globally — and we're growing to 100+. We have solid HR foundations already in place: standardized reviews, clear policies, and defined processes. What we don't have yet is the senior people leader who owns all of it. This role exists because the quality of our team is the single biggest driver of our growth — and we need someone who takes that personally.

What You'll Do

Own global recruiting strategy end-to-end — and personally execute it, not just oversee it
Personally recruit and close senior and specialized roles across multiple geographies
Build and expand sourcing channels in Eastern Europe and Latin America
Develop our employer brand so we can compete for top talent against bigger companies
Manage and develop our existing 4-person HR team — set expectations, run accountability rhythms, grow their skills
Maintain and improve our performance review process, onboarding experience, and HR policies
Oversee payroll coordination, compliance basics, and people administration
Partner with leadership to keep our remote culture strong as headcount doubles
Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools for sourcing, screening, and pipeline management to increase speed and quality of hire
