The process may vary according to the role that you are applying for, but here is a glimpse of how your journey would be toward your dream role:

Interview

This is a quick conversation with a recruiter. It’s an opportunity for you to learn more about the role and CommerceLabs. We’ll also ask some questions about your experience. It is also important to have your character references on hand since background checking is done while the interviews are ongoing.

Case Study (case-to-case basis)

We use this in measuring your competencies in terms of your technical abilities, social and behavioral skills, or a combination of the two.

Meet your boss

The interview is arguably the most important part of the hiring process. While it can be difficult to know what your future boss is looking for during an interview, taking the time to fully prepare in advance can help you feel more confident and relaxed from beginning to end.

Decision and Offer

This is the part where we collect the feedback from all the interviewers and the result of your case study. Your recruiter will also take the time to do a background check by contacting the people in your character reference and come back to you with a decision.
