How can I prepare for my interviews?

Prepare the following equipment and tools:

1. Laptop or desktop with working equipment (headset and webcam)

2. Stable internet connection

3. Download all the software and online tools required for the interview (zoom)

There is no need to worry if you have questions about certain tools or software, your recruiter will provide you with more information about it, what to expect and how to prepare for your interviews.

What should I wear to my interview?

Wear your most comfortable yet presentable attire.

Who can I turn to if I have questions throughout the interview process?

Our recruiters and coordinators will be supporting you throughout the process. Feel free to ask them questions about what to expect, who you will meet, and more.

I have applied/interviewed in the past and wasn’t selected. Can I apply again?

You may apply after two months for a different role, and six months if you are going to apply for the same role.

How long is the interview process?

Managerial and supervisory roles have a longer process compared to rank-and-file roles.

When can I expect to hear back after I have applied?

We make sure that we send an update within seven days regardless of the outcome. Unless otherwise stated, each job posting will specify when you can expect to hear back from us.

Can I apply for more than one job?

Yes, but make sure to send a separate application for the different roles that you are applying for.

What is the working schedule?

a. Flexible working hours, with workdays from Monday - Friday (PST).

b. Our working and core hours are based on Pacific Standard Time and may vary according to the team/department. This will be discussed during your interview with the Hiring Manager.

c. Full-time staff are required to work for 40 hrs. per week or 8 hrs. per working day. While part-timers are only required to work for 20 hrs. per week or 4 hrs. per working day, but may change depending on your Manager or Team Lead.

What is the salary? How much do you pay?

a. The salary, both monthly and hourly, may vary according to your qualification, the job that you are applying for, and your position level. You may ask about this during the Initial Screening or Hiring Manager interview phase.

b. Full-time staff are paid on a monthly rate basis. While part-timers are paid at an hourly rate.

How do you process the salary of your employees?

Payment is bi-weekly. It will be processed via Veem. It will go straight to your bank account (no deductions but will depend on conversion rate).
